South Korea Planning Tax Breaks To Boost Economy

To boost the Economy’s potential, South Korea will continue to introduce fiscal stimulus measures. “On October 8, Plans to introduce economy- boosting tax breaks were outlined by Choi at the 33rd Ministerial Meeting on the Economy” Deputy Prime Minister Choi Kyung Hwan has said. Choi said to boost tourist arrivals, government will continue to support expansion in the number of duty – free shops and will also look to increase the tax credits for investment by startups for research and development activities.
